DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

webdhaba currently provides users with access to on-line Food and restaurant related resources, and ecommerce online ordering capabilities for users to place food orders on webdhaba that are forwarded to respective service providers (restaurants ) and executed and delivered directly by us or our 3rd party partners like restaurants (the "Service").
Webdhaba tries to take care in listing reputred restaurants who meet our criteria of service, Webdhaba cannot, however, take responsibility for nor makes any claim for the quality or recommendation of any specific partner service quality or product delivery and request customers to report to webdhaba any incidents of poor service or food quality so it can be highlighted to restaurant Kitchen and may be shared with other customers

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 

The Webdhaba service involves delivery of food that is a perishable and is prepared by our partners (restaurants) kitchens to the requirements of the customer placing the order. As the food ordered by a customer has no value to anyone and cannot be used elsewhere, any order cancellation, at any time after the order has been placed and food preparation has started, involves food wastage. As such we follow a policy where customers are advised to excercise all care and caution before placing any order. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and consequently we do not refund any payments made. 

In the rare case of food not being delivered due to reasons at webdhaba end, customers will be advised that order will not be executed or customer advised to place a new order against any payments made by them but not delivered. Refund are not given under any circumstances.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Webdhaba may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will posting the latest policy on the website and users will not be informed seperately and are advised to check the policy from time to time on our pages. Incase at any point they do not accept our Terms they are to immediately stop using our services and are free to do so.
